Together We Are Stronger

Six years ago I quit my job and my husband Tim and I were just starting our business. We have spent our savings for the renovation of the building and our family needs. To cope with our daily expenses we ventured to selling fire wood. We would buy slabs from a furniture shop, manually and personally pile, cut and tie it in a bundle ready for sale. We dreamed and worked hard. During this time my husband taught me to be hopeful and positive. Everyday that he cut and tie the wood in to bundles he would tell me that one day in God's time our dreams will come true.

The pandemic like every working family has derailed us from our goals and plans. Like any family these times, we are again struggling financially with our business turnout still running low and bills are piling up but we will not give up. and we are not giving up our dreams.

My message to my husband is to remember who we were before and what we've been through. We've been through this and we surpassed it together because we are stronger together. Remember that you are our motivator. You stood strong and worked hard for the family. This pandemic will not put us down. It may have derailed us from our plans but we are positive the God's plans are greater. Let's continue to dream Mahal.

This is us. This picture will remind to never lose faith.
